Cancelation

Once you place an order, you may cancel the delivery at least 24 hours before the next delivery date. You will not be charged for this. Your order may be delivered on any other delivery date that you advice. Please contact info@satimafarmhouse.com. to arrange for the next delivery date.We will not be able to effect delivery cancellations made within less than 24 hours before the next delivery date, nor extend a refund.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong quantities. To report a defect, damage or any other issue, you please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of the delivery at info@satimafarmhouse.com. This will help us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
